1. Service
The hospital visibility checker, run by WORKERSAURUS, shows how a clinic appears on Naver, Google and Kakao maps, search, AI answers and its website, using public information at the time of measurement.
2. Free use and membership
One check a day is free without signing in. Free members get three a day, including a check made before signing in. Counts refill at midnight Korea time.
Members sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email; we never ask for a password. To stop one office from multiplying free checks with many accounts, free checks from one IP address are limited to six a day.
3. Paid checks
Members who have used their free checks can buy more at KRW 1,000 each, VAT included. Payment is made by card in the Toss Payments window, and one check is added once the payment is confirmed. Paid checks do not expire.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Unused paid checks are fully refunded if you ask within 7 days of payment.
A check produces its result as soon as it starts, so under Article 17(2)5 of the Korean e-commerce act it cannot be cancelled once used. You can try the same service for free before paying.
If you used a paid check and no result appeared, tell us. After checking, we give the check back or refund it. Card cancellations go through Toss Payments on the card issuer's schedule.
5. Nature of the results
Results are public information at the time of measurement and vary by location, device and time. We do not guarantee rankings or patient numbers, and results are not a judgment of any clinic. Grades and top percentages follow the rules shown on the result screen. Do not use results in advertising to patients.
6. Restrictions
We may restrict use if we find automated bulk checks, sign-ups with someone else's email, or results used to disparage other clinics.
7. Leaving and personal data
To close your account or see, correct or delete your data, email workersaurus@gmail.com and we act without delay. Details follow the Privacy Policy.
