We make the clinic visible when patients in China and Taiwan look for it.
We open and run Xiaohongshu accounts, run Threads for Taiwan and place press articles in Taiwan and Japan. When an inquiry arrives, we alert the clinic's consultation staff at once.
Ask on KakaoTalkThree in ten international patients in Korea come from China.
Korea received 2.01 million international patients in 2025. China became the largest source country again.

Patients in China check Xiaohongshu before they book.
Search, check and inquiry all happen inside Xiaohongshu. A clinic that cannot be found there rarely makes the shortlist.
- Search
By clinic name, treatment and area.
- Check
Accounts and posts show the clinic is real.
- Ask
They message inside Xiaohongshu.
- Consult
Dates and costs are set on WeChat.
- Visit
They come on the booked day.
WORKERSAURUS and the local team in China cover search through inquiry and the handover to WeChat. Consultation, booking and treatment stay with the clinic.
Keeping an account is now harder than opening one.
Of 277 Xiaohongshu accounts run by Korean dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, 177 (64 percent) were suspended in December 2025.
A clean-up campaign began and about one million violating accounts were penalised.
A notice restricted medical information posted by unqualified accounts.
Accounts posting medical aesthetics information were suspended at the same moment.
About 300,000 officially verified (Blue V) accounts were suspended.
Share contact details once, and the account is locked on the spot.
This happened to a Korean clinic's Xiaohongshu account in October 2026.
Inquiry A Chinese user asks in a message for contact details.
Mistake The staff member exchanged a WeChat ID in the chat.
Locked The account was locked at once for message content violation. The notice the staff member received was a permanent suspension.
These are real screens. The clinic's name, the user's name and photo, and contact details are blurred. The stated reason is that messages sent during the period may violate the rules.

So we protect the account before we grow it.
- We do not promise results.
We cover the doctors' background, how a treatment works and who it is for, precautions, the space and the visit process.
- We do not put WeChat IDs or phone numbers in posts.
Inquiries are received inside the platform and then guided to WeChat consultation.
- We do not repost the same content across accounts.
Each account has its own role, device and connection.
- We do not upload from Korea.
The local team uploads in China, and in Korea we check and review.
- We do not post before-and-after comparisons or testimonial-style posts.
Both Korean medical law and platform rules restrict them.
- We do not post AI-made text or images unlabelled.
They carry the platform's disclosure label.
Three accounts, three different jobs.
Reposting the same content across accounts can get all of them penalised at once. So the roles are separated.

Official brand account
Shows the clinic space, the doctors, opening hours, location and how to book.

Daily life and knowledge account
Covers a day at the clinic, seasonal skincare basics and frequently asked questions.

Treatment and booking account
Explains how treatments work and who they are for, the booking steps and visit information.
These posts are from the Xiaohongshu accounts of a clinic in Seoul. All three accounts were active as of October 2026. The clinic name and logo are hidden.
The work is shared by three parties.
The clinic only needs to talk to WORKERSAURUS, in Korean.
- Clinic
Sends photos, video and treatment information once a month and confirms the monthly plan. WeChat consultation and booking also stay with the clinic.
- Workersaurus
Handles planning, communication with the clinic, review of wording restricted by Korean medical law and the platform, and weekly and monthly reporting.
- Local team
Works in China on account opening and setup, Chinese content production, local uploads, and replies to comments and messages.
When an inquiry arrives, we alert the clinic's staff at once.
The clinic's staff see the alert in the group chat and carry on with the consultation.
Each handover is counted as a WeChat handover in the weekly report.
- Inquiry
A Xiaohongshu message asks about booking, prices or how to get in touch.
- Guide
The local team replies and guides the patient to WeChat consultation.
- Alert
The local team posts the conversation in the WeChat group where the clinic's consultation staff are, and calls the person in charge.
- Consult
The clinic accepts the contact request on WeChat and discusses dates and costs.
We never put contact details in the chat.
Instead of typing an ID or a number, one card takes the patient to WeChat.
Send a card We send a tap-to-add card in the chat. No ID, number or QR code appears in the chat.
Safe hand-off Tapping the card opens WeChat through a hand-off screen.
Add on WeChat The patient adds the consultation account on WeChat, and we alert the clinic's staff.
- The common way
A WeChat ID, phone number or QR code is sent straight into the chat. As in the case above, the account is locked for a message violation. - Our way
Card, hand-off screen, WeChat. Not a single character of contact details is left in the chat.
Platform rules keep changing, so no one can guarantee an account will never be suspended. When the rules change, we change how we hand off at once.
Xiaohongshu comes in three plans.
Start with one account to test, or split the roles across three. We recommend Standard.
Basic: 1 account
One main account with three posts a week. For a clinic that wants to test with a single account first.
Standard: 3 accounts
One main and two supporting accounts, about 20 posts a month. Operation continues even if one account is penalised.
Professional: 5 accounts
All run as main accounts, about 60 posts a month. For clinics with many treatments or several branches.
Every plan includes account opening and setup, Chinese content production, local uploads, replies to comments and messages, the handover to WeChat consultation, review of restricted wording, and weekly and monthly reports. WeChat consultation on the clinic's behalf, influencers and platform ads are not included. Reporter posts are a separate product below.
Setup in month one, inquiries from month two.
We do not guarantee patient numbers. After three months we look at the numbers together and decide whether to continue.
- Setup
Account opening, profile, clinic material, restricted wording rules and the first posts.
- Build
Steady posting at the agreed frequency and replies to comments and messages.
- Connect
Inquiries are guided to WeChat consultation and counted every week.
- Report
Posts, views, likes and saves, message inquiries and WeChat handovers.
Xiaohongshu reporters spread the word further.
Alongside the clinic's own accounts, local reporters post an introduction to the clinic on their accounts. The clinic only sends photos.
Xiaohongshu reporters: from 10 posts
One post is one reporter posting once on their own account. Bundles of 10, 20 and 30 posts are available. Follower counts depend on which reporters are assigned and cannot be chosen.
Photos are all we need
The local team writes the Chinese copy, reviews the wording and uploads. We report the posts as a list of links.
Introductions only
Posts cover the clinic, its space, specialties and how to visit and book. No promises of results, before-and-after photos or treatment reviews. If a post is reported and removed within two months, we post it again.
The local team assigns the reporters and posting times. We issue a tax invoice.
Patients in Taiwan meet the clinic on Threads first.
Taiwan, with a population of 23 million, uses Threads unusually heavily. In one week of May 2024 it had 1.88 million active users, behind only the United States, Japan and Brazil.
- We write in the characters and expressions used in Taiwan (Traditional Chinese). We do not convert mainland text character by character.
- One account includes five Traditional Chinese posts a week, replies to comments, review of restricted wording and a monthly report.
- We do not post promises of results, before-and-after photos or testimonial-style posts.

We also place articles in Taiwanese and Japanese media.
Patients in Taiwan and Japan search for the clinic's name. We make sure they find articles in their own language.
Taiwanese media: from 3 outlets
One article runs in different news outlets. Bundles of 3, 5 and 7 outlets are available. The length is about one and a half A4 pages, and links in the body may not be possible.
Japanese media: from 3 placements
One article runs in different news outlets. Bundles of 3, 5 and 10 placements are available, with few limits on length.
From draft to publication
Drafting, translation and a wording review are included. Articles are published within three days of the approved translation, and we issue a tax invoice.
We share the list of outlets before we start. Promises of results and before-and-after photos are not used in articles either.
Three things to check before we start.
- Registration as a medical institution for attracting international patients. A clinic needs it to recruit overseas patients directly. Without it we do not start.
- Who handles WeChat consultation. We guide inquiries to WeChat, and the clinic consults and books. If there is no Chinese-speaking staff, we discuss it separately.
- Material and a contact person. We need real photos, video and treatment information from the clinic, and one person to confirm the monthly plan.
- The fee is fixed. We do not take a commission on patient numbers or revenue. Our work is running the clinic's channel content, not referring patients.
Frequently asked questions.
Why is it paid in advance?
Accounts are opened in China. Local opening and verification costs come first, so we start after the first month is paid.
What happens if an account is suspended?
If the platform suspends or removes an account during the contract, we open a new one without charging the opening fee again.
Whose name is the account under?
Xiaohongshu requires real-name verification in China, so accounts are opened under a local name. How the clinic takes them over after the contract is agreed before signing and written into the contract.
Do you handle WeChat consultation too?
The standard plans cover the handover to WeChat. Consultation and booking stay with the clinic.
Do you guarantee patient numbers?
No. Instead we report the numbers every week and decide together every three months whether to continue.
We start by checking how the clinic looks on Xiaohongshu and Threads.
